In Solidarity & Support

Lane Medical Library stands in solidarity and support with all who protest injustice, inequity, and oppression. We share our Black community’s outrage over the killing of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and all victims of police brutality, systemic racism, and white supremacy.

We believe strongly in equitable and anti-racist uses of information and data. As we work to fulfill our mission to enable biomedical discovery by connecting people with knowledge, we will support and elevate diverse voices and be a welcoming home for all members of the Stanford community, regardless of their race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
