MKSAP 19: Prep for ABIM Certification & MOC Exams
The Medical Knowledge Self-Assessment Program (MKSAP) from the American College of Physicians (ACP) provides continuous learning and exam preparation for internal medicine physicians and residents. MKSAP 19 is ACP’s most recent MKSAP product. Lane Library’s collection includes both the print books and the online audio companion for MKSAP 19.
MKSAP 19 resources can help identify and fill in learning gaps in 12 subspecialty areas including nephrology, neurology, oncology, rheumatology, and more! Use MKSAP 19 to assess your knowledge and stay current in medicine, to reference in your clinical practice, and to prepare for Board exams.
MKSAP 19 can be used by residents to prepare for the ABIM Certification exam, and by practicing physicians to prepare for the ABIM Maintenance of Certification exam and the Focused Practice in Hospitalist Medicine exam.
Not preparing for an exam at this time? Use MKSAP 19 to gain CME credits and MOC points to meet your continuing education requirements.
The MKSAP 19 Audio Companion can be accessed any time, anywhere to allow for flexible learning that accommodates your schedule. Use the audio companion to learn about the latest diagnostic approaches and treatment guidelines. Earn up to 120 AMA PRA Category 1 credits and 120 ABIM MOC points with the audio companion.
How to Access the Audio Companion:
- Search for MKSAP 19 in Lane Search
- Under “Digital Access” click on “Get Password” to obtain our Audio Companion username and password information. Use the “View All” dropdown menu next to “Digital Access” if the table is not displayed.
- Use the Audio Companion access link in Lane Search to enter the password and connect to the resource.

I tried to access the MKSAP audio program but when I signed in I got a message saying “Sorry file not found”.
