Women in Data Science @ Lane Medical Library Virtual Conference

Women in Data Science (WiDS) @ Lane Medical Library is an independent event that is organized by Lane Medical Library as part of the annual WiDS Worldwide conference organized by Stanford University and an estimated 200+ locations worldwide, which features outstanding women doing outstanding work in the field of data science. Everyone is invited to attend all WiDS Worldwide conference events.

WiDS @ Lane Medical Library aims to inspire, engage, and support data scientists and women in the field. Join us on Thursday, May 26, 2022, for our fourth annual conference. 

Our virtual event will feature:

  • Opening keynote by Peace Ossom-Williamson, Associate Director of the National Center for Data Services, Network of National Library of Medicine
  • Closing keynote by Michelle Holko, Principle Investigator, International Computer Science Institute
