• Self-guided instruction on Data Management and Sharing
• Consultations related to research data management, data security, data publishing, data curation, and long-term preservation
• Bioinformatics Office Hours to assist Stanford medical students and researchers using bash, R, Python, git, or Sherlock (Stanford’s research computing cluster) for academic purposes
• Data-related workshops, discussion groups, and demos

And our librarians can help with:

• Best practices in research data management and sharing
• Compliance with requirements related to the management and sharing of research data (e.g., from a publisher or funder)
• Data publishing, especially using the Dryad Digital Repository
• Data security, curation, and long-term preservation
