- Bioinformatics Office Hours to assist Stanford medical students and researchers using bash, R, Python, git, or Sherlock (Stanford’s research computing cluster) for academic purposes
- Data-related workshops, discussion groups, and demos

- Compliance with requirements related to the management and sharing of research data (e.g., from a publisher or funder)
- Data publishing, especially using the Dryad Digital Repository
