Zolinger's in and Skandalakis’ out: AccessSurgery

Due to a copyright dispute McGraw-Hill has removed the title Skandalakis’ Surgical Anatomy from AccessSurgery. McGraw-Hill recommends Zollinger’s Atlas of Surgical Operations 10th edition, “…which details all the critical anatomy for the vast majority of general surgical operations.”
